About Rhonda Bellah
Rhonda Bellah has been part of the OVCA/ISOK team since July 2015. She currently serves as the Encumbrance Clerk for both schools. Rhonda was born in Tennessee, moved to Oklahoma summer of 2002, and married in April 2003. She has 2 beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching Sooner football, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
