About Brenda Chambers

 

Brenda Chambers teaches English Language Learner students at the Middle School and High School level at OVCA and ISOK. She started with OVCA/ISOK in 2018. Previously, Brenda worked for Broken Arrow Public Schools for ten years. She has 13 years of classroom experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Carson Newman College, and graduated in 2019 with a Master's degree in Human Development and Family Science from OSU. She has Oklahoma certifications for Pre-K-2, 1-8, and EL. She has a great passion for dual learners and their families and enjoys working with them.

Brenda loves teaching and is certain it is her calling in life. Her interests outside of educating students are reading, re-purposing furniture and making crafts.
