About Julie Davis

 

Julie Davis is a Kindergarten-2nd grade Reading Interventionist for Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy. She has been teaching in Oklahoma for 16.5 years. Julie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction and Elementary Administration from Oklahoma State University. Before coming to OVCA, she taught Kindergarten - 5th grade English Language Learners in Stillwater, OK. She has taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade as well as 7th grade Geography. In 2018, Julie was named Multicultural Teacher of the Year for the State of Oklahoma. Julie and her husband are both educators and have three grown children.
