OVCA is excited to "Explore the Possibilities" with you this school year.
School begins on Thursday, August 10th with LIVE Orientation classes being held that day for all students. However, prior to our school start day, we already have some fun activities planned for you to get ready for the upcoming school year.
First, be expecting a "Welcome to the school year" phone call from your Community Family Advisor (CFA). We like to hear all of our students and Learning Coach's voices before school. Let your CFA know during this call if you need assistance with a hotspot or a k12 loaner computer as these are your 2 most important school supplies with online schooling!
Second, come join the fun on Friday, August 4th for our Virtual Back To School BASH! Be watching your emails for more information to come on that event. You are guaranteed to have fun that day!
Third, we will also be hosting a Virtual Meet Your Teacher time on Wednesday, August 9th. Pop into your class online to meet your teacher and other school staff.
Finally, on Friday, August 11th join us for our first in-person outing of the year. Grab your swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and water bottle and meet OVCA school staff at selected splash pads throughout Oklahoma. We cannot wait to meet you at our "Splash Into the New Year" outing!
