About Kim Evans
Kim Evans has been a Special Education teacher for over 16 years. She started with OVCA in 2020. She has two Bachelor's degrees, one from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the second for Northwestern Oklahoma State University at Alva. She has met a lot of famous people and has traveled to all fifty states.
